Wests Player Number 585 (1960).
Balmain Players Number 464 (1957).
Ken played for Wests between 1959 – 1966 during this time Ken played 58 First Grade games 63 Reserve Grade and 3 Third grade games.
Ken scored 621 points in all grades. 23 tries and 276 goals.
In 1964 Ken was the second highest point scorer in the Sydney First Grade competition.
Ken was fullback in the Wests 1962 Grand Final team.

Due to ill health and where Ken lived his attendance at PPM reunions was not as frequent as Ken would of liked.

Being a true Wests man Ken decided to show his love of the Magpies.

‘Dad has scored his final try but has not yet kicked his final goal between the posts. His final wish was to donate his brain tissue to the Australian Sports Brain Bank for research into Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), a concussion suffered by footballers and other sporting communities. This will take a little time so funeral details will follow later’.

The Funeral Service for Ken Bray was held at Innes Gardens Memorial Park on Friday 24th July 2026.
The Pratten Park Magpies Memorial Sash was presented to Ken’s Family by former Teammate, Club Legend and our Co- Patron, Harry Wells, on behalf of all of us.
